Query on 2 in 1 product - disappointed in their customer service and website info which is misleading.
Product arrived late, then some parts not received then given a substitute plus no further discount then seat pram clips to convert to pushchair doesnt work then other parts arriving 6 weeks later .
If not resolved soon then writing to Trading standards.

I ordered a cot that turn into a bed and I pay it 329 pounds. What I get instead is 2 bed heads with nothing else.
I tried to contact you 4 days ago just to confirm its cot that turns into bed but no reply and number is not working. Even delivery company tried to contact you but its not success. Same thing now when Im trying to return it!
The truth is you have no customer service and you advertise false product. I want my money back!

Unable to connect to website
Hi. I have been trying for awhile now to access online 4 baby website to have a look and to make a purchase. I have made a purchase before with no problem.

I have paid for the item and have not received any response for the item.
I am trying to contact the team but no response either .
It's been very hard for me.
